| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK Pounds. We accept all major credit and debit cards (with the exception of Visa Electron). We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Please note that P&P charges will be added to the cost of the goods after we receive your order. We add postage and packing costs after an order is received due to the heavy nature of the goods we sell and we feel this method offers the best value to our customers and ourselves. | Shipping And Handling Due to the nature of the products it is not possible to calculate the shipping cost online. When we process your order we will calculate the shipping cost based on the weight and destination and charge accordingly. We feel this method represents the best value for our customers and ourselves due to the weight of the products we sell. UK Mainland Orders: Most orders we can send via Royal Mail 1st class post, with charges ranging from a £2.90 to £8.50 depending on the weight. Orders with a value over £70 will be sent via recorded post, either Royal Mail or Courier, whichever the cheaper method. Heavy orders (Over 1.75kg) are sent via courier: £9 charge. Orders over £100 are posted free of charge. You can expect your delivery in the U.K. within 2-3 working days by a mainline carrier or we can provide next day services. Other Parts of the UK: Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Mann, Scottish Highlands and Isles. Orders under 4kg can be sent via Royal Mail First Class post.
